This page explains what data Sched uses, who can see it and what you can do about it. It is written to be read.
Who runs Sched
Sched is operated by TLDR;IT s.r.o. You can reach us on the contact page.
What we process
Your account (name and email, or the profile details from the sign-in provider you chose), the notes, lists, tasks, reminders, events and photos you create, your team memberships and replies, your settings, and your devices and their notification tokens.
Why we process it
To run the app: to store and sync your items between devices, to send the notifications you asked for, and to send verification and invitation emails. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
Who can see what
Personal items are visible only to you. Team items are visible to the members of that team. Our admin tools show account details and counts, never the content of your items or photos.
Photos
Photos are re-encoded when you upload them, which removes metadata such as the location where they were taken.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account in the app you are signed out everywhere and your data is permanently removed after a short grace period.
This website and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used, but only after you agree in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of it or object to its use, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Contact us and we will help.
